The guy that served me was so rude, with an attitude and zero customer service skills! Big guy name of sol or something similar. Was moaning that he kept having to cancel the card transaction because I had a blue light card which he didnāt even notice in my hand, then didnāt ask me for the Starbucks app which Iām always asked for at my usual branch and then I donāt want to pay card I wanted to use cash. Shouldnāt assume! Then asked me how much Iād given him. Clearly lazy and couldnāt be bothered to count or scan my loyalty scheme! Think the guy in question would benefit from a new job or...

Also they were so thick we couldnāt even stir it never mind drink it.. we took them all back and asked for them to be made again the look from the girls behind the counter when j said maybe less ice .. after another 3 was made they were still like a cup of ice no flavour .. another couple near us said they had the same problem just a cup of tasteless slush.. seriously when you pay Ā£20 for 3 drinks you expect to enjoy them .. staff need training because they have no clue how to make drinks and need to learn how to be respectful.....

Guys get a grip on customer service and making the customer feel important not just standing there and wondering has anybody seen me despite being the only person in the queue. You must have always one person serving unless nobody in the queue. One guy serving some random workman entering office about 4 times and then back out to serve cars outside.
