Was served by the tall girl with glasses, believe her name was Lara.

Absolutely vile towards customers and staff. Rude and impatient and even told me to ‘shh’ when I asked how her day was.

Can’t believe you hire people like that, horrendous!

And on top of that, she got my drink order wrong-she put dairy milk in when I specifically stated oat due to allergies.

She then proceeded to tell me that it oat even after I watched her. A colleague even corrected and she told them to shut up. The other member of staff remade my drink and gave me a free muffin, she was very kind.

As for Lara or Clara, revolting to customers and staff. Would not...
