Subway — Restaurant in England

Visited in the 31st on December, for some healthy lunch. To be dissapointed by the rudeness of staff one poor quality of service, o was presently surprised to find no customers waiting to be served, as I wanted to avoid any delays. Although the blond guy with tattoos, completely ignored me and the customer who walked behind me , walked passed both of us , and decided to keep us waiting while he emptied bins first on the floor. When he eventually decided to serve me , I felt like he was doing me some sort of favour, wasn't hard to realise he didn't enjoy his job and was lacking basic customer service skills. He then unplesently made my salad, but instead of taking it to the till he dumped it on the side,and went to serve the next customer ! After noticing me acting immature he asked if I was paying for the next customer !? Even though I told him I wasn't, because why would I ? He made me wait till he finished making next 2 sandwiches. Worst subway experience I've had, guy was sweating, didn't change gloves for fresh order, then decided to make my sandwich the way he thought was better not how I wanted it, so basically the big cheese steak melt done like a normal toasted sub, and not in the press? Everything was falling out of it and it was hot and cold in parts because he got it out before the timer went off, not sure what the rush was, as nobody was in there, unless it was because of just eat or uber orders? The other totally unhygienic thing was he wiped his sweaty head with the back of his hand while putting the salad on the sandwich. Basically I'd never return to the subway here, hygiene levels are disturbing.

Can't believe I paid, its probably because I was too embarrassed to actually adress it there and then, but I've learned my lesson, just don't go to that subway again.

Must add this was a few weeks back, not had time to write...

Nipped into this subway for two garlic bread Italian BMTs. The woman behind the counter took nearly 20 minutes to make our sandwiches, despite us being the only people in the store at the time. She absolutely butchered the bread putting the garlic butter on, and took nearly 5 minutes toasting them. When we came to eat them, the bread was over-toasted and falling to bits, yet the cheese and garlic butter was freezing cold and hard. Neither my husband or I could finish our sandwiches, and to top it of, the cookies were undercooked (and I love a soft cookie!). Absolutely atrocious customer service and unedible sandwiches. Won't be returning to this...
