We visited on a quiet Sunday evening, ordered 3 steak pudding and chips and fish and chips. Told at first they were not sure if they had 3 steak puddings, but hey they did. When they put one of the puddings in the tray I spotted a big black hair, I pointed this out to the lady serving who tried to take it off. I said I wanted a fresh one and then the man came over grabbed the tray and threw it on the back shelf. I was then told there were no more puddings and I would have to choose something else. First time I have been here, after looking at the existing feedback I though it looked worth a try. The food did not disappoint. I bought fish and chips twice with curry sauce. Both my wife and i enjoyed the meal. The fish was cooked perfectly as we're the chips. The curry sauce was also excellent . Run by husband and wife who take great care in providing quality fish and chips along with a range of other menu items you would expect from a local chippy including mushy peas, jumbo sausage, potato and fish scallops, pies, curry sauce and much more.

Prices are very reasonable too.
