Not a good experience from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a young man behind the counter named Tipu,, I asked if he could change his gloves because I thought he had used them on meat, so he was abit rude about the way he said he had only used it veg. So I can live with that, anyways my main upset is when I ordered a foot long tune in Hartley Italian, the gentlemen (no so gentle) only put 3 scoops of tuna instead of the 4 they meant to put, so when I said to him you only put 3 scoops he replied with a lie, saying that they had changed it to 3 scoops & not the 4 that it’s always been... in a nut she’ll be careful when ordering at this subway, don’t be left with less that’s all I say, & I would also say I’ve never experienced this at another subway. & I eat a fair share off their food. & jus to add poor customer service at head office when told about the...

Worst Subway in Corby. Haven’t gone here for a long time because they’re stingy on the salad. Was near this one and had to be quick so thought I’d give them one more try. I ordered on the app then sat in for 5 mins. There was nobody in store and the guy was just stood there so I said I’ve ordered on the app. He goes “that orders not for 15 minutes” because ASAP on the app always sets it further ahead in time. I went, well nobody’s in, can you just make that one now? He doesn’t say a word to me and starts making the sandwich. He then doesn’t toast it and puts the salad on, while he’s doing that I said that’s meant to be toasted, he ignored me, bagged it up and handed it to me, I went thats not toasted is it? He goes no. Then tries to take the bag out of my hands. I pulled it back off him, told him he had an attitude and left. Won’t give them any more chances. Avoid...

If you want speedy service don't come here. I work on the estate and decided I'd treat myself to a payday subway. The shop was practically empty and there was only 1 guy in front of me. He had taken payment from him and carried about wiping the surfaces so I said excuse me can I order. He then pointed at me and said no, wait. Only 1 at a time. So I told him I had to be back at work in 10 minutes. Again he refused and told me to wait. Usually it wouldn't bother me. But I couldn't believe that subway staff can't handle making more than 1 sandwich at a time. I'm not surprised this place is empty half the time despite there being about 20 factories nearby. Next time I go in I'm going to let them make my sandwich and when it comes down to paying ill just walk out. AVOID...
