What used to be a positive ordering experience is now shocking. The touch screen is the most useless, slow, pointless waste of time and effort. Someone high up at Subway obviously had the bright spark of an idea to take something that worked well and highlighted the “healthy” side of fast food, remove the positive visual impact of it while miraculously turning it to very slow food (or at least a very slow ordering process). When our food arrived, it didn’t feel as well presented as previously, perhaps because the staff were out of view when they were preparing it.
The whole experience was so poor that most people I know are fed up hearing about it. I’m sure the Subway marketing team will see that as a positive, so well done to them.
I just had an offer come through from Subway. What would have been a really good deal previously, no longer seems that way. I think we’ll stick to local restaurants or any other place in future. I think I would even take a stale Greggs instead of this customer...

I made myself known at 1:30pm, but the staff let me know my order hadn't been received by them, and that I had to join the back of the queue to place it that way. They were polite about it and I understood these things happen. However, the store only had one type of bread left, no meatballs, no mozzarella, no tomatoes, no vegan options and no cherry pepsi max which was my entire order.
