Turned up today Fridsy 27th just before 11.00 for a Maga melt!! 11 people having the same in front of us, after waiting 11 mins to get served, we get told breakfast is over, we said we have been here nearly 15 mins and the lady was so rood and said we came in after 11.00. I said you have just done loads of msga melts after 11 as we all had been waiting for 15 mins, she said we were not able to tell time, I got back to my car at 11 mins past.
Really bad service today, she should not work in a fast food place if she can't handle the work load, the lad was next to usless as well.

EXTRA cheese involves putting the pieces of cheese closer together, whereas in Bristol and Fleet Services it meant adding an extra layer of tightly packed cheese. When asked when the stock would be back in, the response was we don't know. No ambition to ensure the customer was satisfied. Used to love Subway and would go maybe once or twice a week but this is a joke. Seems as though the company merely jumped on the veganuary bandwagon and have left supporting their efforts to support a Vegan Lifestyle far far behind.
Thank you for my last sub Shaftesbury Subway, I won't come back to a limited menu, especially one that doesn't cater for every need.
