Tasty House — Restaurant in England

I have always gone to this Chinese as its always been amazing but last night.... my husbands food smelt gone off... only way I can describe it is...it smelt like a bin that kinda smell reported it the same night through food hub but it was shut when they contacted them... so contacted them again the next day amd the actual shop and they told me basically I was lieing.... and nothing was wrong with the food... I'm very disappointed with hiw they handled it and basically being accused of being a liar... even tho I was a very good customer spent alot of money in the past with them... they treated me this way... very disappointed just proves being a good customer counts for nothing... the chicken didn't even look like chicken this time... I'm not even bothered about a refund... just disappointed how they handled a customer that has orderd alot with them and how they treated me. Placed an order for delivery and gave them the hotel name, street, and postcode. Got a call saying the driver was at reception. Went to reception—no one there. Checked the main entrance—still no one. Found out they went to the wrong hotel. Absolutely ridiculous. The food arrived cold to lukewarm—completely unacceptable. I had a chicken curry, but it should’ve been called onion curry—loaded with onions and barely any chicken. The prawn toast was overcooked and cold. OK and at least lives up to the "Tasty" part of their name but lacks finition and quality. I ordered a special fried rice, it was served as meat and veg peices on top of rice- should have been finer cuts mixed into rice. Also ordered satay chicken but the sauce was not creamy or nutty. Watery with no visible nuts, tasty but odd and came across as cheap despite not been so. More like chicken and veg in a mild nut soup. A little disappointed, really not refined and the few tastes, while good, were fatty and one note. Had far better for the same price in a shopping centre food court. Would not recommend and...
