Both the bar maids that served me and my friends were extremely rude and unwelcoming. I’ve never been spoken to with that much disrespect before. They charged me incorrectly right before kick off and I didn’t notice until half way through the first half when the notification popped up on my phone. I went back to tell them and order another before half time began and the bar got busy. The barmaid told me it was my fault for not coming back sooner. Then proceeded to talk to the other bar staff whilst side eyeing me and making me feel extremely uncomfortable in front of a lot of customers. She then came over and told me I’m not getting this one for free and she’s not going through the system as she’s seen me come to the bar multiple times and order multiple drinks so she knows it’s correct. This isn’t true as I was driving and only went to the bar the one, I even offered to show her my transactions but she wouldn’t let me get a word in. I didn’t expect anything for free and I simply wanted to make them aware of their mistake to avoid it happening again. I didn’t even get an apology from her, instead all I got was made to feel like a nuisance and someone who just wants a free drink, it was extremely embarrassing in front of so many people. My friend then proceeds to order a pint of dark fruit and the bar maid serves him strong bow which he didn’t ask for, he corrects her before paying and she’s adamant he said strong bow. He didn’t. She tells him she’s not changing it and the most she can do is add a dash of black current. In both situations the staff were so rude towards us. I understand it was a busy night and there were a lot of people in the pub but the bar was not that busy. There wasn’t a big crowd of people around it waiting to be served or anything like that. There’s no excuse for how the staff treated me and my friends that night. To make matters worse they served all drinks in glasses, so outside in the beer garden so many glasses where smashed. One customer even threw his glass into the air and it shattered everywhere. It was so close to hitting someone in the head if they didn’t move out the way. At one point me and my friends where scared and security didn’t even remove him ! The whole place really needs looking into and I’d avoid at all costs, it’s unsafe and the bar staff need to...

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!! If i had the choice i wouldnt of even given 1 star. Whoever the barmaid was today, needs to learn some manners, decency and customer service skills. As i walked in with my 3 year old who was busting for the toilet there was no staff to be seen to ask so i made my way round the place to find the toilets only for her to come storming in from the other doors behind me and rudely shout errrr where do u think your going lady. I was mortified and taken back by how intimidating she was acting whilst i had my child! She then proceeded to to tell me i should of asked to use the toilets and i had to be very quick. There is no need for her behaviourand there is no wonder the place was more or less empty on a saturday. Also the place is an absolute dunp if my daughter wasnt so busting i would definitely gone else where. First and last time i will ever step foot. Not what anybody should experience on the first time. BAD SERVICE . made us feel extremely uncomfortable infront of a lot of customers. Walked in the pub and the land lady said ‘girls where you going’ she than went on said we look 14 bare in mind we are 19&20 . Customer service is absolutely shocking wouldn’t recommend to anyone they are all stuck up their own backsides in that pub making smirky comments behind your back about your appearance and age.
