Read moreHi, I am writing as a concerned customer to kindly ask that the icecream shop's side door where the arrows on the floor point too, - is kept open throughout the whole day everyday please. This is because everyone who leaves the shop must grab the door which everyone else is touching. By keeping the door open with either a box or the latch at the top. By doing this you would greatly stop the spread of covid 19 which could be festering all over the door handle and all over the door which subsequently every customer could/slash would catch and spread unnecessarily; If the door is kept open all day this issue would be avoided. And a sign could be put up warning people walking past the door to watch out for it. So they don't bump into it. Also reciprecating these actions all over fantasy island would greatly help to stop the spread of covid 19 Thank you...

They turned up after my 30 minute wait all with onions which shows the food allergy request was not taken seriously, we then raised this and they made a new hot dog instantly which more makes me question why we initially had to wait 30 mins while people who came in after us with bigger food orders were being served their food before us. Also the ‘hot dog’ was nothing like what a hot dog should be, it was merely a sausage in a baguette, if I wanted a sausage baguette I would have gone to a local roll van, rather than pay £15 for three of them here. Will avoid this place...
