Not been to the Bless for a very long time and I won't be rushing back. As always the security staff on entry were rude. Why do we have to pay them £1? Where does the money go to? Some of the bar staff weren't very friendly either! The music was good but didn't have much variety. There was glass all over the floor and the place was littered with drunk people who should have been ejected in my opinion. The worst thing was the end of the night. People tend to hover around the bar and the large columns every meter or 2 takes up a large area that could be used to wait to be served.
A lot of people start in Wetherspoons for a few drinks and to meet their friends and I would recommend going here after that to get a few stronger drinks in the system for cheap. Then onto places like Jorrocks, Mosh, Pop world, whatever...
