Went with the family on Saturday after spending the day in Falmouth. Our visit ended early due to extreme aggression and violence from staff. Although this wasn’t directed at any of us - it definitely created an uncomfortable atmosphere to be in. At first it was shouting from inside but then the final straw was a member of staff physically kicking a boy down their ramp for being intoxicated although they had clearly served him a drink as he was sat with a pint of larger on our arrival. And as this was our first visit I’m not sure about the place as a whole… but the one staff member who was causing the shouting and becoming physical with young customers was definitely the reason we decided to leave early. I didn’t feel it was safe to get a name as the only other employee working was making a lot of convocation with him but he was fairly short and bald headed (sorry for the poor description I didn’t see him up close).
