Such a lovely experience tonight, Charlie served us for the most part, when passing during the day i asked if i could take a photo of the menu to peruse back at the hotel and he suggested booking as Friday evenings can be busy, and the chap with the T rex earring also had a hand in serving us, he was particularly attentive, coming over to top up our fizz when he noticed empty glasses, and other colleagues that came on shift a bit later all pleasant too and lovely service, reasonable offers for a thurs and fri night in prestigious part of Cheshire. On New Years day I took my Son and his girlfriend for dinner to this charming restaurant. We were given a warm and friendly greeting by GEORGE who showed us to our table. GEORGE helped served us throughout the course of the evening and showed us excellent customer service. He also helped us move table away from a man that was coughing and spluttering his germs all over the place. GEORGE was polite, professional, attentive and helpful. Absolutely brilliant experience at Bubble Room- Alderley!! I booked the back room (Monkey Lounge) for a bottomless brunch for 23 people to celebrate birth of baby. We all had such a great time all thanks to the staff there. They were so attentive (Especially Elliot who was looking after us) and everyone commented on how good the food was, how great the service was and how smoothly everything ran. I dealt with Ruth and Elliot via email in advance and they did everything they could to ensure the day went to plan as I wanted it.
