The Chocolate Spa — Restaurant in England

Very nice chocs at a reasonable price. Went twice in a week in early July (2 & 6) whilst visiting the area. Got very nice service from younger lady with glasses the first time we went and selected chocs coming up to approx £8. On our second visit when we had self selection bags to a value of £25+ we were served by an older, blond lady who was very unpleasant to the point of being rude (we did notice on the first visit that she was like this with the customer she dealt with then) that I felt like telling her to forget it and walk out - the only reason I didn’t is that I wanted the chocs to take back as presents! So, mixed feeling but that sales assistant needs to get real ! Very bad...

Lovely selection of chocolates and other sweet treats. Perfect for presents or for treating yourself. Selection boxes are beautifully packaged. We enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee here, before choosing chocolates to be gift boxed for our daughter. A bag of truffles for my husband and pistachio nougat for myself were also purchased. Our daughter says these are the best chocolates she’s tasted. So, we’ve just received an on line order for Easter treats as we were so impressed with the quality of the chocolates. Discovered this place after having a box of their Chocs in our arrival pack of local holiday apartment. They were gorgeous and we devoured them. Made sure we called in at the shop during our stay and bought a nice big box to bring home for a upcoming birthday. Also bought a couple of smaller packs as gifts for friends. Lovely helpful young lady behind counter, very knowledgeable about what they sold and offered advice once she knew what we liked. Competitively priced compared to some other online...
