I always have a lovely time here... Whether you drink wine spirits cider or beer... You are sure of a great time too... with the friendly staff ha ha (private joke)so quickly you will relax and feel like one of the crew.. Football,rugby and music they do have to share with u for free .. A big screen for sport and a stage fit for a solo artist,group or band of any degree... WiFi yes and a pool table too... Lived in Torquay for a year and despite there being a half dozen pubs between my flat and this place, always made this my local. Really nice and comfortable pub, the landlord was extremely friendly, place was filled with old wood, a log burner and six screens to watch sport on. Been coming here for years when we visit Torquay. Changed hands many time but still a fabulous old traditional pub. Wide range of Ciders and beers etc etc. More a Sports bar but also does some great Live bands. Atmosphere can be electric on these days / evenings!!
