The Clockhouse Pub (formally the acomb hotel) is a large, impressive 1930s art deco style pub. This two roomed pub has a good selection of beers lager and cider but no cask conditioned real ales. The drinks prices are cheaper than a lot of the pubs in York. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the pub is a great place if you like playing pool there are four tables.
