What a lovely little find, just passing and really fancied a nice sandwich,, the ladies were both lovely, I chose the beef sandwich, I was offered horseradish sauce, fresh rocket, tomato and loads of black pepper. The portion of beef was very impressive, cut very thinly, I was very impressed with the quality and the price, My partner had a chicken tikka and was also very impressed with the size, quality & price. Will definitely be back soon, thank you 🙏🏼

Great breakfast. Great service. Sandwiches made to order. There were only two stalls to sit it, which was fine as we were lucky to get it first. Most people were taking on the way to work. Great place to have breakfast near the station. Look forward to trying lunch one day.

A wonderful and busy little cafe with delicious food. I had the sausage egg and bacon baguette. Absolutely delicious and fully loaded. Owner was lovely and chatty, very friendly.

The sandwiches & salads have always been perfect for me, others I know have not always been given what they ordered, for example pepper added when requested without or extra different fillings which customers have not asked for (concerning for dietry requirements). However mine has always been spot on.

My gripe is that as lovely as the owner comes across she always makes me feel like it is too much trouble even though I keep everything as standard. She does have a strange method of prioritising orders.

My friend she happily does sandwiches for, but ignores me when I try to order, then when I got my confidence up to go back & try to order again she explained she was too busy, I would have to wait half hour, I was prepared to do so, but then she said maybe another time. I was so hurt, she actually ruined my whole Friday, I've had a tough week & this reduced me to tears. I don't understand why she really doesn't want to ever do an order for me if she can avoid it. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SANDWICH!! Heard nothing but good things but I was so shocked at my own experience. After queuing for a good 25/30 mins a really rude lady took my order, I kindly requested for the hard bits to be cut off my bree but she said no and that she could not do this and did not have time. After the amount of time I’d spent on her queue you would think she could carry out this extremely simple request. I then changed my order to a mozzarella pesto tomato panini and I must say this was the most horrible tasteless version of this panini I’ve ever had. Starbucks packet paninis were a thousand times better than this so called fresh bakery. Would never go back. Awful service awful...

my family have been regularly coming to the dorset pantry ever since Kasia took over ownership years ago. I have since moved out of the country but any and every time I’m in Bournemouth, the Dorset Pantry is always my FIRST stop.

This sandwich shop has always been an amazing little hidden gem, and I’ve always recommended the place extremely highly. The food is always 11/10 and its always service with a smile!
