I had ordered two chocolate concretes with custards.

Took them well over an hour after ordering for them to ring to let me know it is out of stock. I explained to them I’ll get a refund through the uber eats app and then I finished the call

Ten minutes later I received a call back. they explain they could now deliver the order as they have gotten win touch with another takeaway. They would do this along as I do not request refund. Despite me being sceptical I agreed

Another hour and bit when by and it arrived. The driver strangely decided to wait out side of my gated back garden instead of coming around to the front that had no gate and press the doorbell

Once I opened the delivery I discovered they had been sly and had given me some sort of cake instead of chocolate concrete. The custard was even leaking through the packaging, I was really concerned about this due to my missus having a nut allergy.

so I rang back asking why the order was different and I queried if the cake had nuts , the lad on the phone was disrespectful, he tried gaslighting me by saying cake and concrete are the same thing. i know for a fact there not lol. Even when i called this out, the lad didn’t make it clear if it had nuts i or not. In the end i binned the ordered and wasted hard earned money .

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Ordered a donner wrap with nothing complicated – just garlic sauce and salad. What I got was a dripping, greasy mess with no sauce, no salad and so much oil it was literally wet. Took one bite and nearly gagged – hit what felt like gristle or even a stone in the meat. Tatsed off and did not in any way taste like noraml donner. Absolutely vile, made me feel sick instantly.When I went back to complain, instead of making it right they just handed me the same wrap back, like I wouldn’t notice. Friend got a chicken wrap, some chicken cremated some raw! Totally inedible! Meanwhile, the staff were more interested in rushing outside to smoke and chat than serving customers.The chips? Cold, soggy, and tasted like they’d been fried in oil that was long gone off. The only thing they managed to get right was the can of drink and even then, you can’t exactly mess that up. Fifteen quid down the drain for food I couldn’t eat. Without doubt the Worst takeaway in Hull. Never again. Wish I'd of checked here before walking in the place....

If I could give 0stars I would! Didn’t even get to try the food! Placed my ordered an hour passed nothing so rang was told they couldn’t find the order then it magically appeared and was on its way- called 40 minutes later with no food still and was told it was on its way and due to my location may take longer why accept an order if your not willing to deliver it? Another 20 minutes past and at this point it should have been on its way for an hour, 2 hours waiting! For then to be told it they cancelled the order due to the distance. It’s 9 miles not that much! No other company has had an issue! So 2 hours told 2 times it was on way for it to have been cancelled staff was horrible when trying to resolve this and had no idea what was going on. Not helpful and not friendly. Rather rude to be honest will never use this if it was the last place to eat on earth...
