if i could i’d give this place 0 stars, today my partners grandad went in with my partners mum and her younger sister, her grandad has a problem which results in him choking on his food. They’d asked for bacon without fat so he didn’t choke and he was given a bacon sandwich with mostly fat. this resulted in him choking and spewing. He was taken outside by his daughter who he went with and the man that worked there came out stating it’s not good for business whilst my partners grandad was clearly struggling and embarrassed. Very disappointed, we stopped here after shopping. Ordered 2 breakfasts and tea. After waiting 30 mins, no sign of food. Asked a waitress who said should be out in 5 mins, they had been busy with food today. 45 mins, still no food and people who had ordered after us were getting theirs. Brilliant cafe in the centre of Park Farm shopping centre, home made chips are so delicious, breakfasts are 5 star mouth watering! Salads, Sandwiches, also very tasty. I go regularly for take outs and they are open everyday of the week, even on Sundays during summer. A real asset to Allestree, Andy and his team are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
