Subway — Restaurant in Great Britain

Myself and my family have visited this Subway at Farm Park several times and have always received a very warm welcome and the staff are always very friendly and accommodating especially with my Mum’s dietary requirements. The Manager is always friendly and goes out of her way to make us feel welcome and appreciated during our visits even when the store is very busy. The food is always excellent quality and always delicious 😋, the portion sizes are always fantastic and very fresh. We took our Mum here for her 80th Birthday 🎂 and she had an amazing time, the staff ensured she was comfortable in the restaurant and provided her with a card and present for the occasion and my Son also came away with lots of cookies 🍪 which he was very pleased with 🥳. We would definitely recommend this Subway to anyone who loves a great cuppa and a fantastic meal with a lovely atmosphere and a caring smile 😊 when you arrive.

I would highly recommend, not going here if you’re looking for something nice to eat. Every time I go to get my food from here or order online they always seem to get my order wrong, even when I’m telling them what I want in person. There is clearly an extreme language barrier that needs to be sorted out. And my sandwich turns up to my house covered in sauce from somebody else’s sub. Every time my sandwich gets cut in half, I get the sauce and contents of the person before my sandwich all over mine. Disgusting. Should be closed down or all the employees need to be fired and rehire...

One of the best subways I’ve been too. They give exactly the right amount of food, even more at times and their customers service is phenomenal. They also currently have an offer on for a footlong and a drink for £7. Their reasoning for this is because they know people are struggling sometimes so they feel as though people can get some more food for cheaper. They are amazing human beings who genuinely care for the customers. From stepping into the store to leaving the store the whole experience was absolutely amazing. Would definitely...
