The New Inn, Amesbury — Restaurant in England

This pub is fantastic!!! It's the patrons that really make this hole in the wall stand out from everything else. I had such a great time meeting everyone and conversing with everyone and really getting to know the feel for this community. I was welcomed right from the start. They were all so kind and very interesting. They gave a lot of travel tips and directions that you won't get from anywhere else when you come visit Amesbury. I highly recommend it. Hannah you and everyone's company were beyond my expectations for the real taste of English life. I know I'll be happy to come back again should our pathes cross...

Just an update to my old review as we've been back multiple times since. Still a top notch pub, never had a bad experience. Staff are great, prices are good and the carvery is cracking.. Oh and that steak pie is delicious 😋. Will be back again soon. Keep up the good work.

Went for Sunday carvery. Lovely food with very generous portions. You will not leave hungry. Great value for money and friendly staff. (Way better than Toby, eat here and support a small, local business.) Will...

Not even a one star from me...my friends and I were out for an evening celebrating my birthday, we were playing pool, the landlord comes and puts all the balls in the pockets and takes the table away from us without saying a word to us, and then as some of my friends walk out he calls them c**!!! I have never experienced such appalling service from anyone and would not recommended this place to anyone! Great way to treat...
