The Old Pilchard Press Cafe — Restaurant in England

Lovely small building , clean and a pleasant atmosphere. Toilet could do with updating but it was clean. My only bad comment would be, their cream tea is very poor, tiny portion of jam and cream, it’s in Cornwall!! Scones were lovely but you only got one , and the Jam and Cream just about covered it ... use more and it would be fantastic. , so larger portions of both please especially when it’s for two people . That was Disappointing... other than that really nice .

A hidden jewel of a cafe. The place is a little off-the main route, not being directly at the port, but it's worth taking a 3 minute walk to find it. The couple running the place excel at customer service, it basically feels like a tea with a family. Great for children / families, with toys and high chairs. Very fresh food, home-made pastries. Incredible cosy café and amazing find in the village! We were really grateful to find somewhere to have an amazing coffee and that accommodated for a few vegan options too! This can be quite hard to find in some places in Cornwall so it really meant a lot to us! The staff are friendly, the lady who runs it is very warm and friendly and this place was a real pleasure.
