Booked a party and wasnt welcomed. Disgusting customer service. Will not be returning. Had to ask 30 guests to leave as staff was rude. Refund asked for. Do not book a party in this establishment!

Being a guest at the event and not the organiser, payer of services or the said birthday person I do not know the detail of the booking and services quoted etc. I personally felt offended by the welcoming on initially entering the premises and was also spoken to in a rude manner. Probably go back for a drink and play area with granddaughter but won’t be eating...
