Kitchen and staff aren't able to cope with the demand. Food was adequate. Chips on one meal were overdone and the bacon, brie and cranberry ciabatta didn't have any brie! 20 minutes after ordering we were told that there was no lasagne. Ordered a replacement of quiche with coleslaw. Had to chase our order after 45 minutes (no coleslaw when quiche arrived). Had to sort refund out. Always very good, l suspect they run out of chips, hard to find perhaps going upmarket, l discovered 10 under the fish. I would not recommend the Frappes very weak chocolate milkshake, they should go to Costa and try...
