WARNING THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS. Just horrible! You honestly should be ashamed of yourselves! Firstly my friend on the 3rd floor and another who was on the 7th floor have been bitten to death by bed bugs…. No help, just told her she had to stay in the room but they will clean it apparently…you can’t get rid of bed bugs with a quick clean and it needs proper treatment by a proper pest removal company which is why the infestation is now spreading around your hotel. If you stay here and find bites you know why!!
Now to my issues Staff are rude, no welcome just glares, can’t be bothered to help unless demanded and mostly look bored…. Probably why this hotel is disgusting The first room I was given was disgusting, the grout in the bathroom was growing, glass on the floor, dirty floors, pubes on the toilet, stained toilet seat. Asked to change rooms which they did and although marginally cleaner but the bed is broken and hairdryer not working so will ask to change again as it’s impossible to sleep. The beds all seem to be old, creaky and lumpy. Honestly the ibis budget hotels are cleaner and comfier than this place. Old, outdated and dirty rooms…. They’ve spent a lot upgrading the lobby though but do not be fooled! For the money you can get cheaper that’s better. If you’re having a lie in be prepared to be woken up by the cleaners who sound like a pack of hearding elephants stomped up and down the halls, slamming doors and crashing about in the rooms.
Edit: so according to yourselves your standards are bed bugs and used condoms in bed sheets as per other reviews, and filth? There was glass on the floor… I have pictures so do not imply I am a liar. The second room you moved me to the bed was broken, there were pubes in the bed sheets and the hair dryer didn’t work… again I have pictures This 3rd room whilst better still needs a good clean, tiles scrubbed and mould removed from grout. In all your bathrooms there is the smell of sewage coming out of them. You or your manager who inspected (who was actually just a young guy that simply works reception) who went in to the room for a mere 2 minutes to look, either need retraining or understanding what clean is and what is acceptable for a hotel.
