This is actually aimed at the railway station staff and their abysmal attitude towards disabled people...especially during the current Covid-19 situation.
I am a disabled pensioner who struggles with mobility, having spent almost 90 minutes on a bus, I was desperate to use the toilet.
I asked this place for a key...They don't have one, I asked the lady in the booking hall. No we are shut.
But surely you have facilities for the disabled?
No, we are shut.
What do you and the lady in the buffet do?
We have a key to the ladies toilets.
Well can I use the toilet then?
No, we're shut.
So I had to pee in their car park...God knows what a disabled lady would have done.
