A delightful little craft beer pub on West Borough. Not a great deal of seating to be had, some in the window bay and a couple of tables near entrance and stools around the bar, plenty of standing space though. A great atmosphere in this bar and on this particular visit there was a live band playing so the bar was packed with people for a thoroughly entertaining afternoon. Great selection of lafwrs and real ales and novelty guest ciders which are worth a taste. Nice friendly bar staff and it is a dog friendly bar. Well worth a visit.

Just come back from living in the USA and could not have found a better 'local'. Great keg beers and very friendly barstaff and regulars. Missed the buzz of people just talking to each other, instead of being glued to TV screens. I can see me spending far too much time (and money) in here!!

Strong smell of sick when entering this establishment. Obviously someone had chucked up earlier and it hadn't been mopped up sufficiently. Unfortunately we won't be returning in a hurry which is a shame as the Eight Arches ale was good

Unfortunately I did not get a chance to try this pub as I was shunned from it almost instantly upon entering. I had had a few beers but not to the point where I was a problem and I was still able to have an intelligable conversation. I was refused service (that isn't the issue), I don't belive I was at a point where this should occur however I did not argue and simply asked if I could get a soft drink, then the landlord started screaming at me telling me to leave (I had been nothing but polite and civil) I was confused why she would not serve me a soft drink. I pleaded my case, when it became apparent that the landlord wouldn't change her mind I began to exit the pub which was followed with more screaming from the landlord as I squeezed though the busy pub towards the exit. I unfortunately didn't get to try the beer but with up 16 real ales on option I can imagine it would have been great however I could not try a decive anyone and say this is a...
