Thank you for always having the food I like, Thank you for serving it with kindness and humility. Thank you for going that extra mile, always. And thank you for being way more reliable than any Macdonalds in the local area. You guys always keep in contact with the customer and reassure us our order is being dealt with and is delivered in a timely fashion, every time. Unlike Mcdonalds, who just don't even bother to answer the phone and if they ever do you are told it's not their problem. I believe this should be spoken about on here, as so many people have been ripped off from using the justeat app in this area. I use the app because I work from home and having my food delivered really helps me get through some busy days. The last thing you need is food missing or just not your order at all. Shout out to Ange who works there and not in a good way. She needs to learn to smile and some manners or get a new job because it looks like you hate it there.

Never have I been into this store and experienced good customer service. Every single staff member is rude, never smile, and look like they have the weight of the world on their shoulders. It honestly feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the store exists.

One time I asked for omelette, at 9:30am (so well before breakfast finishing) staff member replied they don’t have any to me, to which another replied we do, but would take 10-15 minutes wait. Which is it? You can’t be bothered to make them or you don’t have them? …. LAZY.

Would normally get 5 stars as Sam the manager is a Legend and the rest of the staff are amazing, reason for 4 is I went to get my morning Mocha and due to the change of how its made the girl was talking to me so much she forgot to put the shot of espresso in, now when it was made the old way never could that happen! This is 2nd time in different shop that this has happened! See a Latte is 1 shot of espresso and milk! A mocha is powder 1 shot of espresso and milk, really don't understand the change as when it's busy the staff who are only human can make a mistake, go back to making the mocha the old way!!!! Less hassle! More creamier! More enjoyable! No...
