First time on a visit to the Treehouse, to join friends for some Saturday afternoon sport, and a few beers. The Treehouse is on the Penn road near the Tesco express and has some limited parking outside (or down the road by the Saracens Head). Nice kinda upscale feel, clean glasses and toilets no so bad, and probably as close to a proper pub you will find in Beaconsfield, and for this reason a jewel. Bar staff friendly and chatty too, which was nice, welcoming to a stranger, this counts to. I did not try the food, maybe next time. Back for a visit, Dec 23, and still much as I described above:

Visited the tree house which is a very basic pub with basic seating. We ordered a mai tai and a aperol spritz and our bill came to £28.40. Shocking prices for such a basic pub. We felt ripped off and went for another drink in Browns across the road which is a much classier bar and the same same drinks were £8 cheaper. My suggestion is go to any of the other bars in the immediate locality which are more upmarket yet much better...

We stopped by for a drink and I was impressed by the prices. We each had a 175ml glass of pinot grigio for just over a fiver each. It is newly owned and in the process of a refurbishment. Lovely real fire and good screen for sport. Friendly staff and I can forsee this becoming a popular...
