Poor customer service is an understatement! I welcome a response from the owner on this review.

We ordered four items of the menu and we have not received a mains meal for my partner. I can accept mistakes but I can’t accept incompetence and lack of customer service. If there’s an issue you would like to think with modern day technology that you could resolve the issue.

Tried to call to rectify the issue as I expect any business would want to resolve - it can be a genuine mistake which I can accept but when you have an issue and you call them on a land line number which goes to an o2 voicemail ... 5 times with no answer. This clarifies poor professionalism within the hospitality industry.

I think the worst part is if you don’t receive an item from any company, there IS a procedure and it can be sorted. In this circumstance ... you have paid for an item which you did not receive and awaiting a refund which you don’t know if you will receive!?

We want to support local businesses and we are not here to ruin any business in unprecedented times but I feel you should also value customers as we want to support you but we can’t with experiences like this.

Hopefully we will get a response from the owner on this review and this can be resolved as me trying to contact your restaurant clearly doesn’t work.

A really lovely pub right in the heart of Dunstable. Tash and all the team do everything they can to make you feel welcome and looked after. The food is great, and you can speak to them for holding space/events too. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is great, especially the roasts and sharing platters. They're family friendly and have a kids menu, going above and beyond to accommodate sometimes fussy eaters. And not forgetting the quiz that's on every other wednesday - it's great fun too and...
