Very disappointed with my meal. I was missing 3/4 items!! Ordered through Deliveroo, and when I ordered mash, I received chips. Got no sauce, and where’s my popcorn chicken that comes with my meal?!

I tried phoning the branch to sort this out, but they told me I’ll have to complain through deliveroo to get a refund - which didn’t happen because deliveroo said they can’t do anything about it.

First time ordering from this branch and never will be back! Highly dissatisfied with their response. Especially when speaking to the guy on the end of the phone who sounded like they had no clue what to do about it and told me it’s “not their problem”.

Mistakes happen but it’s not the first time missing food this time (2 zinger burgers) try to call them straight away after receiving the order but no answer. They using Uber eats as delivery company, managed to contact them and they best could do is refund. It’s not about money, I’m hungry I want the food. Paid £3 for delivery and £1 for service I would expect my order to be full… disappointed

Update on refund they haven’t even refunded full amount.. try to call them again no...
