Uno Momento Italian restaurant Stokesley — Restaurant in England

I cant fault the food, its unreal, I've been a few times now and it's always been spot on, the steaks are perfectly cooked, juicy, fresh pieces of meat. The fish is fresh and cooked to perfection, and considering its an Italian restaurant, you would expect the pasta dishes to be cooked to perfection and.....they are! Highly reccomend, some of the best food around by far.

Edit. 8 months on. I have returned for a family meal to similar standards. The food was outstanding. The seafood cannelloni is to die for, all dishes served were beautiful, eye pleasing and delicious. A minor issue was that the salad was not fresh, the cucumber infact was a little dry. The desert was spectacular, lemon sorbet served in a frozen lemon! Delicious. The staff were brilliant and authentic. Service was excellent. Lovely atmosphere, not too formal, not a quiet place by all means but not laud enough to ruin any experience. I will be returning...

The breakfast presented to me looked perfect and tasted really good too. My only complaint about the full English was that the mushrooms were a lot soggy and a little underdone. Overall, a good dining experience. However, I left feeling slightly vexed over the pricing compared to what I was charged. With the breakfast advertised as £8.95, I expected to only be paying £10 having asked for a fesh orange to wash it down. I was surprised to be asked to pay £12.95 for my 2 items. The OJ was £3.50, which seems steep, especially given that I'd have opted for a regular but was given a pint without being asked my preference. Also, and this I find INSANE... they added an additional 50p charge for a tiny tub of ketchup. I was on a tight budget, so I really didn't appreciate this underradar upselling of the OJ. And I HAVE NEVER and WOULD NEVER expect to be charged 50p for a bit of sauce. This let down an otherwise...

Sadly we had a very disappointing experience. We ordered food to collect by phone. Upon arriving we were told that they had not received our order. Without any apology or consideration, we were basically told we had phoned the incorrect restaurant. We were of course able to disprove this by showing our phone log. Then sat for almost 45 minutes waiting for food we had ordered hours earlier.

We really do appreciate mistakes can be made, but feel that the least that should happen is to receive a sincere apology and not blame the customers for the restaurant’s error. The food was lovely when it finally arrived but the attitude of the staff has very much put us...
