Upper Crust — Restaurant in England

As a gang of lad that vist often we are all very disappointed today at work. Burnt sausage stale bread. This place has now last five customers from the steel work. We won’t be returning. Shame really as we have put 100s in ur till over this last year. Your lost another shops gain. This place is hit and miss one day really good next day very poor. We have fed ours to the feral cats which have also turned there nose up at it. Maccies here we come. Don’t waste ur time or money....

Absolutely disgusting - 3.40 for a beef sandwich. I waited an hour for it and ended up being told there was no beef. Asked for turkey instead and got a lettuce sandwich. The chicken sandwich that's as ordered alongside was just as disgusting and very sparing with the black "chicken" inside the bun.

Why can you go to any other place and get a good sandwich, but in Scunthorpe it's all just...

Guess my face didn't fit on friday. The two customers before received a salad box that was so full it wouldn't close and a large amount of coleslaw in a bun with chicken and bacon.... my two slices of tomatoes and three shreds of lettuce in my ham wrap drenched in salad cream didn't compare at all.
