First time visiting and we went in the evening for a sundae. They do standard sundae which we picked out from their menu but turns out they don’t sell them and only sell premium ones which are £8+ so didn’t want that. Terrible customer service, the woman behind the counter treated me and my 8 year old daughter like we were a massive inconvenience to her…did not say please or thank you and looked confused throughout the whole experience…I’d recommend ordering through just eat and getting it delivered cause the food is good but the experience just put a dampener on mine and my daughters day…such a shame to have to deal with such more customer service…serious...
