Jackson’s Chicken — Restaurant in England

Visited here today to grab some lunch, as needed something quick.and easy on my break.

On arrival i went to use the toilet first and I was met with this. The smell of stale.urine hit me as I opened the door.

This is not a toilet that was forgotten to be cleaned this morning. This is weeks and weeks worth of not cleaning! I felt physically sick! Goodness knows when it last had toilet roll replenished too!

Safe to say this was my first visit and will not be returning. I hadn't dare buy food, as these are the areas we see! Goodness knows what the hidden parts look like!

The 4 star hygiene rating must have been purchased...

Would’ve rated this zero stars but couldn’t. We placed our order over the phone, got it and ate. All was well until the next day. The whole family was wiped out with flu. Body crippling with pain, fever, migraines, drowsiness, ear ache, vomiting, coughing the works. The house was out for 3 days and we’re still fighting it off. The only member of the family not affected was my uncle who didn’t eat any. To sum it up in one word, disgusting! Hygiene standards are vile. Don’t eat from this place...

Terrible experience. Ordered for delivery which was meant to arrive at 18.55 we were waiting 45 minutes to then be called at 18.50 to say they didn't have what we had ordered. We were offered an alternative which did not fit dietary requirements so a refund was requested for part of the order. We was told they would not offer a refund. We requested to speak to management and this was also declined. Still waiting for a solution and no refund has been offered or given, food has not...
