We booked a table at 7pm on Wednesday for 3. I was first to arrive at 6:50pm, I was directed to a table of 6. I asked the waitress if she had made a mistake as there was only 3 of us but she just asked me where my friends were and I said “they are coming”. She then tried to sit 3 other people with me and I advised her these weren’t the other 2 friends I was waiting for and she just asked again where my friends were. She made me feel apologetic for being there. After my friends arrived, before 7pm, the food was great and delivered to the table promptly by a very friendly waiter. He was really attentive and asked whether we wanted extra drinks often. I also added a side of chips after our main course was served and this came really promptly. I had the vegan taggine which was really nice. We also all had the baklava for dessert which was fabulous! The first waitress came back for payment which we split the bill at £14.25 each. We all said this and when I got home and checked my bank account I was charged £15.25. I checked with my friends and they were both charged correctly. Read moreBeen to zest many times and always rated it a 5 unfortunately today if I could give it zero stars I would the waiter was pretty much a mute the vegetable mousaka is usually amazing today it was like runny ratatouille no firmness to it whatsoever couldn't see any layers at all. The belly pork had no crackling the crushed potato was dry and tasteless as were the vegetables. After we finished our main meal the waiter lent over the table picked my phone up and removed the clean serviette from under it not quite sure why. No one asked how our meal was. This is the first time myself and my husband have never left a tip when eating out. Toilets we not very clean either there's a notice that says don't put toilet paper down the toilet the bin was full with used toilet paper this is England not Greece!! Sadly won't...

We had the advantage of being so close to the till screen we could see every time the woman from table 5 ordered a G&T. Fabulous. The staff then proceeded to place an extra seat at the end of the adjacent table, resulting in an amazing experience of a random stranger sitting so close to us, we could smell what he had for breakfast. In addition, we also had the joy of the waiter knocking menus off the till and onto us every time a new party arrived - while we were trying to enjoy our meal. We will not be going back. I said we will NOT...
