The Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in England

--------- UPDATED REVIEW -------- So after a response to my original negative review on trip advisor saying that they now believe to have found their feet with the sandwich shop we decided to give them a second chance and placed a order today. Staff very friendly and service was quick ( ordered online and collected around a hour later... this was 9 sandwichs). Food was nice and hot and ready. The food was fresh and tasty only slight complaint is the portion sizes have certianly decreased a little from the old owners but this is not the end of the world... Glad that this sandwich shop is tasty again and we will be back :) ------- ORIGINAL REVIEW ------- As an office we used to come here every week for a office lunch and it was perfect all round. Went today we a normal order of over £30. Frankly there have been drastic changes, the wraps are around half the size/density and the chicken tasted like it had been frozen and not as fresh as normal, there was also no taste within my chicken tika. Upon calling we learnt this place had changed ownership we were offered a refund on one of the sandwichs where the chicken was almost unedible and broke plastic cutlery before breaking the chicken. Shall not be returning what as sad as it...

I've seen this place around for a while, but never had the opportunity to pop in...I decided yesterday the 25th June was just the bit of food I needed...what can I say? Impeccable service, beautifully soft bread/Baguettes (if ya want to get fancy lol) Sooo many fillings, fresh crisp Veg...I find it hard to say anything bad about "The Sandwich Shop" Today's baguette was peri peri chicken, there was so much filling it wouldn't fit in the bread, so the lady took the excess and put it in a little pot for me to take home...all in all, a proper sandwich shop, with great prices, and a big ol' smile to great you 10/10...now...what do I order...

Fantastic, ordered party food for 50, portion sizes were really generous, quality of the food was really good! When we discussed our needs ordering, it was suggested that we order less than originally planned. That was helpful on our wallet and from the 29 trays of food we initially thought was still too much, we ended the party with just 3 with various leftovers. Will not hesitate to use again in the future. Well done the...
