⭐ 1 Star WARNING – AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
This is one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve ever had in Galway. The food was clearly unfresh, and I believe it was left over from the day before – completely unacceptable for a business serving the public. When I called to raise my concerns, I was met with aggression, disrespect, and sarcasm. The staff didn’t try to resolve anything — instead, they mocked me, suggesting they could “make charity” for me just because I asked for a fork. Absolutely disgraceful. They also refused to provide a receipt, which raises serious questions about how they’re operating behind the scenes. I have now reported this business to the Consumer Protection Commission and HMRC. I strongly urge anyone reading this: Do NOT waste your money here. There are plenty of better, more respectful places to eat in Galway that actually care about...
Read moreOrdered lamb shish tonight and it came on just half of pita bread. Used to you get this served on half cut open pita bread filled with rice and you get extra pita bread on side. The salad was not dressed and tasted blunt. Even the usual slice of lemon was missing. After I had my shish I had to scrape leftovers from the fridge as I was still hungry because of the reduced portion I got tonight.
