I ordered food from them through Deliveroo and waited an hour for it. After all that time, I was excited to eat, only to open the box and find just ONE mutton roll and ONE fish cutlet. On Deliveroo, it clearly states FOUR mutton rolls and FOUR fish cutlets for £7 each. Yet, I was charged £14 and got ONE of each?! This is absolutely ridiculous and completely incompetent service! When I called to complain, the person on the phone had no idea what was going on and then had the audacity to tell me to come to the shop to get “plenty more”! Are you kidding me?!

Okay 10/10 for lunch vibes! I had the chicken stir fry rice and it was flavourful. It took me back home, true south Asian flavours. I got extra chilli (I like the heat!) and it was spicy because I think it already has red chilli in it. So hold the extra spice if you don’t like it extra hot. It came with this sweet chili jam, which was delish.

The mutton kottu was absolutely delicious. I’d never had it before but will certainly have it again. It was the perfect level of spiciness, packed full of flavour and was a generous portion size. The lovely man also offered to make it milder in heat if I wanted (I didn’t, but the option is there.)

Wow, what a flavor bomb! I stumbled upon GYM MEZZE and I'm so glad I did. The variety of food options is incredible, but the real winner is the quality. I tried the Chicken fried rice, samosa , and mutton roti kothu - all were yummyyyyy!!

The service was quick and friendly, and the prices were super reasonable. Love the vibrant street and lively vibe of the place

If you're a street food fan like me, LANKA SPICE is a must-try. Get there and enjoy your food.
