Lua’s Cafe Bar — Restaurant in Epsom and Ewell

I’ve been coming to this café regularly—at least once a month—and this visit was my fifth time. Up until now, it had been one of my favorite spots. Unfortunately, this time I was really disappointed.

I understand it was Father’s Day and they were understandably busy, but the service felt very disorganized. The staff seemed confused and not particularly welcoming. More importantly, the quality of the food just wasn’t up to the usual standard—it really let the experience down.

Had a nice lunch today. The baguette with prawns and avocado. The prawns were big and juicy not yre normal small ones. The side salad was wet which was a little weird shame as made bread a but soggy.
