Torino Pizza - Long Eaton — Restaurant in Erewash

Went on all the reviews for this place as it has good reviews so we ordered 2 pizza meals off there website and paid. Delivery time 7.34

So 7.34pm came and went 7.50pm still no pizza it was originally ordered at 6.30pm.

Upon telephoning the place, I explained the situation and was abruptly told it was being cooked. I explained that I placed the order at 6.30 and it was now nearly 8pm. NO apologie or anything just rude the guy said to me what's your problem its being cooked we have been busy. I fully appreciate that but not having to wait this long and also why does it say your pizza will be there at 7.34pm.

The pizza finally arrived and it was full of grease. I couldnt see the pepperoni and as such telephoned to complain was told its under the pizza what the hell pepperoni is meant to go on top of it.

The chips were rubbish all in all I will never use this place again. If I could give it minus...

Made an order online for a "farmhouse pizza" which is listed as a plain pizza with the option of adding toppings. I selected pineapple and cheese stuffed crust as my only extras. Went to go and collect it and when i got home it had onions, mushrooms and ham on, as well as pineapple. So i called to say there has been a mistaken only to be told "no that's not right and I'm not lying" by the man on the phone. I said I'd check order receipt. I did and i was correct with zero mention of the other toppings. So i called again to tell them and i was rudely told "the farmhouse pizza comes with onions, ham and mushroom on". It absolutely 100% does not say ANYWHERE that it comes with anything on. Its literally the only listing which has no toppings on as standard.

Refused to take responsibility for their lack of ability to cook a pretty simple pizza.. £12 in the bin, cheers lads.. awful...

I have never been disappointed with the food from Torino Pizza.

Only once have I had to mention something that I wasn't quite happy with. That item was the sweet and sour sauce in use at the time. I raised the issue with the staff, they tasted it themselves and agreed and within a couple of days they changed the supplier.

It is because of the consistently good quality that they get very busy during Friday and Saturday nights. Despite the extra workload and pressure, the quality remains perfect every time.

Most times I go in person to the shop to order but they also have their own app and it works very well and is very user friendly. I have used this for both pickup and delivery orders and it has never failed me. the are also part of the Just Eat...
