The customer service was less than impressive - staff uninterested and miserable. One lady had many rings on whilst dealing with food and drink. The cleanliness was not up to standard in the kitchen or at the tables. Many tables unclear and dirty. The Panini was okay but wouldn't eat it again.

Smoothie was fruity and very nice. Tuna wrap was filling and fresh. Chicken panini was warm and very filling and had a light texture and very tasty and the sweet treat at the end was nice. The lady that made the filling was kind and professional. Nice experience

Bright very clean Prompt service Friendly staff Food is great .. possibly not the cheapest in town but then they are in the precinct so I expect their operating costs are quite high :) They do vegan and vegetarian and gluten free

Came here today and I asked the lady if she minds filling my 1 year old daughters bottle of water, she gave me a hand movement for me to pass her the bottle she didn’t even speak she then poured BOILING hot water in the beaker, luckily I saw her do it , then I said that i wanted Cold water which is obvious and she just stared at me and huffed then put cold water in. If I didn’t watch her I could of gave my baby boiling hot water.

I tasted it to make sure non of it was hot but it tasted disgusting, went to Superdrug next door to get bottle of water for her

I even asked to pay separately as one of the items was the person I was with food , didn’t listen , just carried on , at this point I just wanted to leave so I paid for it all together.

The customer service is disgraceful, not hard to be polite and who puts boiling hot water in a kids drink, you could even see the steam of the hotness , never be returning...

Worst eating experience I have had in a long time.

Small salad, jacket potato and small cappuccino for £18.85. Was expecting some nice food.

Jacket potato was edible.

My wife was a bit put off the salad when she found a hair in it. When she found the second hair I took it back.

Instead of an apology the lady's response was "where is the hair?".

The first one my wife had removed from the dish. I showed her the second one.

Still no apology. Just "this is a short hair". Which I believe was her way of saying I had removed one of my own hairs and placed it in the salad.

I didn't even try asking for a refund. Not...

The food was dry, stodgy, tasteless garbage and the portion size was lack luster. I paid what must have been £10-£12 for a full english for a single egg, single sausage and some toast. The only redeemer was the beans which I could have bought at a tesco. My partners mac and cheese which was about £10-£12 could have stuck to a wall if thrown it was the that dry and tasteless. The drinks were flat and tasteless like they'd spent the last 5 yrs in storage. I would not recommend this to anyone with a brain and functioning taste buds. I will not be revisiting and would advise anyone else against even...
