Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Fareham

Ordered a hot chocolate, a salted caramel and pistachio latte with a caramel shortbread via Deliveroo. It was clear once the order had arrived, the staff clearly had no care about making the drinks. The hot chocolate was three quarters full, and tasteless after a couple of sips. The latte was full to the brim with no froth, watery and extremely over sweetened. The only thing that was good about this order was the shortbread since they only had to put it into the bag.

My review would have not been so negative if the order itself did not come up to £14, if both drinks did not end up down the drain.

Overall, I was not very pleased with this order, and I would not recommend anyone purchasing a drink...

I revisited this cafe this afternoon after avoiding it for so long due to abrupt staff making badly made drinks, unfortunately I found it worse than previously as I walked in & stood at the till for ages due to both staff members chatting & mucking about even though all the tables needed clearing, I eventually got acknowledged & it took almost 10 mins to make a large mocha with an extra shot, unbelievable as the male server couldn't even find the whisk, then after paying almost £4 I took a sip & I'm sorry but there was NO coffee in my drink whatsoever, it was just skimmed milk with a small spoonful of chocolate in it, so pale looking plus it was almost cold, absolutely revolting & I will NOT...

Im quite regular customer here. I bought ice honey oat latte but one of barista (old lady) didn’t give me proper drink like the presentable drink it self. Not even put wipped cream on it that I know for fact it should come with it then I complained and she tried to charge me the wipped cream that it shouldn’t. After she checked on the till she said never mind and go ahead giving me wipped cream on it but she doesn’t put honey sprinkle on it. The drink not even nice like other barista made for me. The drink not even sweet at all that meant to be sweet as its honey. Hope barista improves...
