Subway — Restaurant in Fenland District

Ordered a delivery and the food was freezing. In one of the sandwiches it was missing the cheese, so we called up and says politely that that one of the sandwiches was wrong and all the food was freezing, mainly cared about the cheese bites being freezing than the toasted sandwiches. Customers service was not great at all, their time of voice was not professional. They said they put the cheeses in the sandwich and they were going to check the cameras and call us back in 10 mins, which they failed to do and we had to call the back. They says the camera showed them putting cheese in the sandwhich, when clearly in the sandwich was no cheese. We have asked to send them pics, which all they could reply was, we will call you back when our boss comes back from a delivery. Still not call. I know it’s only cheese and the cheese bites but when you spend £40 on sandwiches , I expect it to come how we ordered it or at the very least to get good customer service. Today 19 November 2023 at 13.15 pm I decided to take my children to eat a subway sandwich because it was their first time and they were excited and curious to try the sandwiches first of all as soon as we entered there were two people behind the workbench and none of them bothered to say hello, in fact they looked at us very annoyed one of the workers was a fairly young blonde girl with glasses and as soon as I started asking about the menu she looked at me very badly Every time this girl stuffed the sandwiches and looked at me she used a really rude tone of voice and attitude and spoke in an arrogant and hasty way as if she couldn't wait to send us away, my children and I enjoyed the food but the experience with the staff was shocking. I didn't want to complain because my children were there so I wish anyone who goes there good luck with the staff I have already written a letter of complaint to the Subway General Office in this world there is a lot of anger so let's try to avoid...

Ordered footlong steak and cheese sandwich with black olives and red onion. When received the order the sandwich was completely dry and looked like they had slapped on rest of leftovers and a lot of olives and onion to make it look fuller. On top of that they didn't bring our drink. I phoned up to query about the drink and told them how the sandwich was dry with no filling. The reply was that it's how they are told to measure. I spent over £30 to have bread. I had to phone again for our drink and told it would come in 5/10min.When the guy dropped it off and left it on my porch he pouded on our door so hard. I don't recommend whittlesey subway delivery to noone. Disgusting food...
