This is the best pub in Enniskillen if not Fermanagh in my opinion. I originally come from Fermanagh and went to school in Enniskillen, but did not really go here much in those days. Every time I am up home I try and get now. It is situated right in the centre of the town. Great atmosphere with a very eclectic clientele from local students, business people and pensioners to out of towners from Ireland, the UK and much further afield. Indeed a lot of tourists come to this pub with it's Game Of Thrones door opening invitingly. Great staff and a proper pint of Guinness really help of course. Great food as well. Wonderful decor inside gives it a really great homely vibe. This is a proper Northern Irish pub with a great warmth for all it's punters. There are little snugs for those who want to sit out from the crowd, but I really don't think you will want to do that. Whether you are from Belfast, Birmingham or Baghdad if you are in Enniskillen make it your business to have a drink and a chat with the locals in Blake's Of The Hollow. You may find (like I do) that slipping in for a half hour may become much much longer. But who cares. Especially of course if you're on...

Had a beautiful lunch in their lovely restaurant downstairs (28). After entering the front door of the bar and asking if they served food I was directed to the restaurant downstairs. On passing through an elaborately carved door ( Game of Thrones ) and down a flight of stairs I was pleasantly surprised on entering the dining area of restaurant 28. Well lit with tables situated between pillars and archways beneath a wonderful vaulted ceiling it was both quite and inviting. After being seated I was presented with the Christmas lunch menu. I went for the 2 course lunch at Β£24. I ordered the Duck confit pie with buttered leeks as my starter and the Hake with chorizo and bean cassoulet for my main course. Both were beautifully presented. Flavours were well balanced and portion sizes were spot on. Staff were pleasant and attentive without being overly attentive. Overall a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend to anyone wishing for that little something different and special in the heart of...

We went there for Christmas lunch 12 community nurses. We rarely get together but we pulled out all the stops. My first impression of the restaurant was that it really lacked Christmas ambience. No decorations or crackers on the table. We were late getting started as some of the staff were out on patient visits. That’s the nature of the job.. We were told if they didn’t come soon they would stop serving.. 12 people for lunch I am sure chef could stay a few extra minutes. I felt the menu was limited in choices. Veg etc are all added extras. The mash wasn’t fresh it had that supermarket mash taste.Desert menu two choices. The total bill for 12 437.00. No alcohol or juices. We didn't expect it to be cheap but did expect something better otherwise we good have gone somewhere cheap and less pretentious. Last year we went to Francos and it was fab but we felt Blake’s would offer something...

Beautiful listed building Amazing staff, very friendly and knowledgeable manager with regards to the wide range of whiskeys Blakes has to offer. Relaxed atmosphere with various off set booths. Highly recommended for a visit and if you get a chance, try a few of the recommended whiskeys or gins of the month. For all you Game of throne fans...... See what you can spot within the pub. Edit: 28/09/24. Revisited Blakes as we were down to do the boatyard distillery tour and called into Blakes after, once again, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, I approached the manager and asked for his recommendations, excellent choice as always. Well done guys and girls. until next time!

This is a lovely pub. It's cosy and very welcoming . For Game of Thrones fans it has a bit of a surprise. Some trees were blown down at the Dark Hollows and a local sculptor made ten doors with GoT themes. These doors were bid for and are scattered throughout Ireland and the tourist board have created a "passport" which shows you where these doors are and you can get your passport "stamped" when you go to these places. Go to Blake of the Hollows, the door is a side issue to the great experience you will have!!
