I never leave reviews but I felt that on this occasion fore-warning was warranted. I feel very generous leaving a one star review after my experience but there was no option for zero or half stars. If reviewing staff attitude alone this place would be in minus territory.
The staff were both incompetent and rude, and unapologetic about it. I had to stand at entrance and wait 15 minutes to be seated in a cafe with only 2 small groups in it. A further half hour elapsed, during which 5 other groups were seated and had their orders collected before my group of 4.
When I flagged down staff to place an order I received not so much as an apology and was told I was wrong and hadn't been here as long. During this time 2 of the later groups were served their food and I was told I could be waiting a while as they were now busy.
My wife ordered ice-cream and was told her flavours were not available and to order differently, which she did. Whilst waiting for our order we checked the ice cream stand and all flavours were present. When asked if the order could be amended we were again told we were wrong, the ice cream was unavailable, and that the waitress has checked.
The food was exceptionally good and the only redemptive feature of the experience, but honestly, not worth the hassel.
If the company didn't want my money they just had to say so. I would advise management to review their staff if they want their business to survive.

I ordered the Smokey joe wrap it was missing cheese and sauce, we had just placed our order, WHEN WE WERE SHARPLY TOLD PLACE YOUR MENU BACK ON THE WALL BY A REALLY RUDE MAN!. I don't pay for a meal to be told where to put my menu, and the reason it was not on the wall is because I was looking at desserts!
The food was basic at best and missing items, When we went to pay we had the same man again, he had forgotten to add the chips to my order so I said and was meet with contempt and attitude for being honest.    Read moreI have been in the Enniskillen Mauds several times and every time I have been in the cafe, the manager has been EXTREMELY rude, being passive aggressive and constantly making sarcastic remarks. He also blatantly talks about costumers in front of them and overall has a terrible attitude and should not work in costumer service. In the past I have overheard him tell other costumers that they need to “order properly”, as well as they “need to be more clear” when requesting things. These are things which should NOT happen in a costumer service environment and should not be tolerated. After conferring with others, I have learned that this is NOT a one time thing, which has led me to write this review, as I feel nobody should have to deal with his quite frankly ignorant attitude. I hope that the appropriate repercussions are given to this individual and also that some costumer service training is provided...
