Aspendos (Cheriton) — Restaurant in Folkestone and Hythe District

Used to be amazing service, be using this place for 20 odd years but recently taken a nose dive with messing up multiple orders, and after ordering small chicken doner, XL lamb shish and large chicken shish and getting home to find ive only got 3x small chicken shish, after phoning them up to say the order was wrong, and arranged to pick up what was owning ag a later date, i was told i was lying and was told i still had to pay for them even tho i had paided full price on the last visit, so it sad to say but i wouldn't be using this service again even after many year ls of custom but i really wouldnt use this place again i personally i would recommend...

I ordered over the phone the young lady wasn't really paying attention as I had to repeat my order as she got it wrong when repeating it back to me. I then waited 30 mins for the food to arrive only to find that the chicken shish looked very much like Lamb. I called them back the young lady says "Well send it back but keep the chips" I responded I want the whole order redone as chips will be cold (almost were anyway) "FINE" was the response and then the phone hung up. Disgusting customer service and I'll be going in tomorrow to express...

I’ve been eating from here for over 20 years, I’ve had good ones I’ve had bad ones, but I always ask for well cooked ones. But I’ve just ordered over the phone an spoke to boss man he’s self asked for well cooked meats an crispy chips and he pulled through , and I’ve just had the best mega mixed meat an chips ever you wouldn’t believe it the crispiness an flavour on the lamb donner an the crunch on every golden chip.
