Came here for a meal with my best mate. We both love Mexican food so were super excited to try the food! I'd not eaten here for years and years and the last time I wasn't all thay impressed but this time I was very impressed. We're not massive eaters so we ordered a starter to share, nachos! The my friend has the beef chilli enchiladas and I had their bbq chicken skewer. We had a pepsi, small water and a bottle of pinot grigio between us. The bill came to around £65 with a tip. The food was really yummy, the nachos were so cheesy they were delicious. My friend said her enchiladas were yummy too. I found the sauce on my skewers a little rich so struggled to finish the meal. The venue was clean and nicely decorated but it was a little quiet and so it lacked a little atmosphere. But overall a fab meal and the service was great too. They bought out the bill in a wee chest with chocolate mints in which is always a nice touch. I didn't use the loo so can't comment on those but my friend didn't have any complaints.

Often when visiting Mexican restaurants the quantities of food leave me hungry afterwards. However the quantities of our meals were generous and filling. (We had large nachos and shredded Chicken Enchiladas). More filling than these pictures allude to. The quality of food was lovely and the atmosphere was warm and friendly with a family feel to the restaurant. The decor had a lovely bright vibe to it and the chairs were super soft too. Parking nearby is restricted with 1 hour parking in the immediate nearby streets but 2 hours on the main town high street. We parked in the nearby Leas Cliff Hall Car Park (3 min walk) which is a paid car park location in the day but we weren’t charged anything for parking between 6-8pm. I do have one regret with this restaurant which is I haven’t visited more often!!! Will definitely be coming back and visiting again. They do a takeaway service too! Overall was blown away! Thank you.

Had an absolutely incredible meal in here today. We had family visiting from Wales so naturally I wanted to show off an amazing Mexican we know. They were throughly impressed. Fiona is an incredible owner and all of the staff are an amazing team, nothing is too much trouble. My 3 year old was living his best life in his sombrero. The atmosphere is so easy with even with a 3 year old. The staff make you feel at ease and are so friendly. My son enjoyed his meal too and is such a fussy eater. This Mexican restaurant really is a gem. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for Mexican food!

I should love Conchitas as it ticks so many boxes. Unfortunately, despite persisting 3 times, it's consistently failed. I'm surprised by all the positive reviews and I can only assume that the dining experience in the restaurant is much more superior than the delivered take-away experience which we have had each time. We've found the food to be a little lacklustre; a bit soggy overall (the guac was watery). But the portions sizes are just too small which, relative to it's price, represent poor value. The first time I ordered I thought there had been a mistake and part of the order was missing which prompted me to call the restaurant. No mistake. On another occasion (trying a different menu), I was equally bemused by the quality and size. Calling the restaurant I was told that they're not a takeaway - that first and foremost they are a restaurant offering restaurant-calibre food that just happens to be delivered. And yet I have received many a 'take-away' menu through the letterbox. So it seems that Conchitas is (probably) a great restaurant to visit but one best-avoided if you're having the...

Don't judge a book by its cover, the frontage is quite plain but once you step inside it's lovely. The decor is well thought out and a waitress was immediately attentive. Offering us several places to sit. We were asked what drinks we would like and they were delivered very quickly. We ordered the nachos to start and mozzarella sticks and they were well presented and delicious (I reccomend sharing these as there was a good platefull). Next came the main I ordered fajitas and my husband the steak it was cooked to perfection, all was absolutely delicious again well presented and lots of it. The waitress asked if all was OK not once but 3 times at different intervals ( we had joked we were very full with the starters) The owner came over to chat which was lovely saying take as long as you like relax she said. when visiting the ladies there is small basket of sanitary items what a lovely touch. If your in folkestone give it a try you won't be...
