Butty’s is a Folkestone institution and an absolute must whether you’re visiting Folkestone, work there or even live there! The best sandwiches I’ve ever had, amazing cooked meals and cakes and coffees, it’s honestly the best. Their breakfast deal is my absolute go to, sets me up so well for the day and is scrummy as heck. Not only is the food amazing though, the guys working there are so lovely - always have a smile on their faces, always happy to have a natter and the whole place feels so cosy and welcoming.

It's a British High Street cafe! But is it good? Clean Tidy all get a check in the box with its rustic look with worn wooden tables and chalk boards. Service was as expected I redeem a full English breakfast which came with 1(overcooked) sausage, 2 back bacon, tomato, runny... er... egg. Beans. Choice of toast. Hashbrown undercooked, choice of got drink and orange juice. And toast. Free WiFi was nice and wasn't too busy. Shame about the very overcooked sausage and slightly smelly toilet.

A great little place to sit with your coffee and sarnie. Coffee is good here and service is great. Lots of people use this place for their lunch so it can get busy at lunchtime. It's a great place and it's clearly a great addition to Folkestone. I'd definitely go back again before too long.

Firstly NOT the normal faces serving this Morning I thought I'd add that as I (so desperately don't want to hate too much this morning ...... Really Poor Bacon Sandwich.. really (see pictures) thrown in to a bag for take away with that much care! Just about a rasher of dry bacon per half (I am being generous) and possibly a smear of brown sauce (again skinny side of smear!) on overly dry bread. Really mad thing is at lunch time last week had a truly fantastic turkey and stuffing on white, and I've had great eat in breakfasts plenty of times. (in fact I've raved on trip advisor about how good food has been) Obviously consistency down to whoever serves you. At 9 am this Wednesday morning it was a friendly enough kid with glasses. 3 quid for this today was robbery total Rubbish. If it wasn't for fact I was heading off to meeting I'd have...

Lovely cantina atmosphere clean and tidy staff friendly and well turned out would recommend Though in the past I have been into the cafe and there have been no vegetarian on the menu I visited today Tuesday the 4th of June to see vegetarian options on the menu I ordered said vegetarian breakfast only to be told that there was an available so yet again I visited expecting vegetarian options as advertised and they haven't got them available they seriously need to sort this problem out by the do or don't serve vegetarian but don't have it on your board if you're not...

I buy food from here at least twice a week and can never fault it. My favourites are the bacon butty, cheese and onion panini, jacket potato with chilli and their king prawn Salad box. I've burned my mouth on the panini a few times as it so beautiful I haven't the patience to tuck in. The salad boxes are my highlight though. I usually pop in just as they are closing and even then everything is still fresh and beautiful like its just been opened . The girls that work on the counter are incredibly lovely, polite and an asset to buttys. I can't recommend this...
