Pizza Hut Folkestone — Restaurant in Folkestone and Hythe District

Absolutely shocking experience yesterday afternoon, unwelcome greeting by a man so rude and disrespectful to paying customers, we kindly told the man what pizza we wanted and before we could even finish he interrupted and abruptly said “what is the name” me and my partner were stunned and before we could answer again he greeted us with another sigh and abruptly said again “what….is the name”. We then said the name and looked at each-other in shock, we added that that we wanted to do the £14.99 package where a dessert was included, and he yet again sighed and said “well that’s not what I’ve just put into the computer that’s something completely different” again we were shocked at this rude man and felt like he didn’t want us to be there, I said to the man “are we not allowed to do that then?” He added “yes…but that’s not what I’ve just put into the computer” as me and my partner were contemplating if we were going to risk asking this man to add a drink to the order, we were interrupted by another customer who politely said “excuse me I’ve not got the cookie on my order, please check if that is what I ordered” the man behind the desks attitude had not just been aimed at us but at the other customer too, he sighed at the man and said to him with the tone of a corpse “what did you order?” The other customer looked at him in shock as he had just told him what he ordered and that one item was missing. The whole experience left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and we left the shop. We walked away discussing that we had NEVER been talked to like that by an establishment and felt insulted. Ordered a chicken supreme and fries via the pizza hut website. Went along to pick it up and was dissatisfied about how long i had to wait for it, the website told me 10-15 mins but i was waiting for 30 mins. Once i finally received my pizza and fries i began to walk down the road after leaving the shop feeling rather hungry, i decided it would be a good idea to check to see if the pizza was the correct one. I opened the box and saw that they have given me the totally wrong pizza, in a rage i went back to the shop and complained that i had received the wrong pizza, the man seemed stunned that i had gone back to complain and started shouting and swearing at his computer saying it was the computers fault that we got the wrong order, after 20 minutes of faffing around with the computer (which he accidentally unplugged) he then said that he would ‘have’ to make us a new one. After another 30mins i finally received the correct pizza that i had ordered (an hour ago at this point). The pizza was then not even worth the wait or money, soft base, felt like toppings on a cake not pizza, slimy veg on it, very greasy. I have been going to this place for around 2 years never really had a problem till last night when I went to collect my pizzas and i was standing at the desk waiting and all I could hear was 2 boys who was cooking my pizzas messing around and being really childish very loud a stuff I don’t care or mind about people having a laugh but thay was cooking my pizzas and I new 100% my pizzas was going to be ruined and thay sure was when I got home the pizzas was burnt and I picked up 1 slice and as I was eating it the pepperoni was crunching in my mouth and the oil was runny down my wrist and alod of chilli seeds looked as thay tryed to aim for the pizza but missed and got the box instead so my point being is is them 2 boys up in the kitchen was concentrating and not acting like 2 kids my meal would of been better as iv never had a problem before il upload photos as I kept the pizza and iv been giving it to the local fox who comes into my...
